Aims & Scope

AIM
The Turkish Journal of Physical Activity and Medicine (PAM) aims to serve as an important resource for developing all aspects of sports by bringing together topics that contribute to the educational, practical, and theoretical fields of sports:

1) To publish articles covering a wide range of topics,

2) To publish quantitative, qualitative, mixed, and single-subject methodology research and critical review articles that contribute to the field theoretically and combine theory and practice,

3) To publish articles on the topics of “Physical Activity and Health: Nutrition and Exercise, Exercise Programming, Chronic Diseases and Exercise, Healthy Aging and Exercise” from an international perspective. Movement and Exercise Sciences: Exercise Science, Exercise Sports Physiology, Ergogenic Aids and Doping, Sports Biomechanics, Sports Nutrition, Talent Identification and Guidance in Sports,"

4) To bring together international authors and readers from various disciplines and professional fields for a better understanding of fundamental topics related to sports.

SCOPE
We welcome highly scientific articles using qualitative, quantitative, mixed, and single-subject methodologies in international sports research, focusing on topics related to Physical Activity and Health and Movement and Exercise Sciences.

We particularly welcome submissions that link practical recommendations to quality practices. Submitted articles are expected to demonstrate a strong connection between theory, policy, and practice.
