Turkish Journal of Physical Education and Sports Teaching (PEDUS) accepts research and critical review articles.
Research Articles
Research articles are evaluated using qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methodology and single-subject methodology, and fall within the following areas
- Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy: Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy, Games in Physical Education and Sport, Physical Fitness, Movement and Skill Teaching, Adapted Physical Education and Sport Instruction
- Psychosocial Aspects of Sport: Exercise and Sport Psychology, Philosophy and Ethics of Sport, Sport Sociology, History of Sport, Traditional Turkish Sports
Submissions in these areas should be highly scientific papers. PEDUS is looking for submissions that combine feasible proposals with quality applications. A strong link between theory, policy and practice is expected in the submitted papers.
Critical Review Articles
Critical review articles should link theory and practice and produce informative resources for educators, practitioners and policy makers. PEDUS seeks submissions that critically combine viable proposals with quality practices. It is expected that theory, policy and practice will be tightly linked in the submitted papers.
